Crab Cucumber Sushi

Ingredients:

8 oz cucumber
6 oz crab
pink salt, to taste
Mrs Dash, to taste
Braggs liquid aminos, to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut cucumber in half
  2. Remove seeds with potato peeler or knife
  3. Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch rounds
  4. Combine crab with pink salt and Mrs Dash, to taste
  5. Fill each cucumber slice with crab mixture
  6. Dip in liquid aminos, if desired
