1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 T coconut flour
2 T Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
2 T flax meal
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
1/2 t baking powder
2 T unsweetened almond milk
1 T shredded unsweetened coconut
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in mug
- Add egg, almond milk, vanilla, and stevia
- Stir in flax meal, protein powder, coconut flour, coconut, and baking powder
- Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
