Ingredients:

3.5 oz fish of choice
1 t onion powder
2 T lemon juice
lemon and orange zest to taste
lemon and orange slices
chopped parsley
pink salt and pepper, to taste
stevia, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix lemon juice with zest, spices, and stevia
  3. Baste fish with mixture and top with salt, pepper, and lemon and orange slices
  4. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in oven
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes 
  6. Serve with lemon and top with parsley, if desired
