Cinnamon Banana Bread

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
7 eggs
1 scoop whey protien powder
1/4 c. coconut oil, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. almond flour
1/4 c. coconut flour
1 T. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pink salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degr.ees
  2. Grease 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Combine bananas and eggs in blender.
  4. Pulse in coconut oil, vanilla, salt, and baking soda until well incorporated.
  5. Add coconut flour, almond flour, and protein powder and blend until combined.
  6. Pulse in cinnamon.
  7. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing with sharp knife.
