Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
7 eggs
1 scoop whey protien powder
1/4 c. coconut oil, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. almond flour
1/4 c. coconut flour
1 T. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pink salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degr.ees
- Grease 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine bananas and eggs in blender.
- Pulse in coconut oil, vanilla, salt, and baking soda until well incorporated.
- Add coconut flour, almond flour, and protein powder and blend until combined.
- Pulse in cinnamon.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing with sharp knife.
