Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 T Flavor God Pizza Seasoning (or other pizza seasoning of choice)
2 c sliced mushrooms
7 drops plain stevia
1/2 t onion powder
1 T minced onion

Directions
  1. Add pizza seasoning and stevia to tomato sauce and refrigerate for a few hours
  2. Preheat oven to broil
  3. Press and spread chicken evenly on foil-lined baking sheet
  4. Season with a sprinkle of pizza seasoning and onion powder
  5. Top with minced onion
  6. Broil for 10 minutes
  7. Pour off juices and broil another 5 minutes
  8. Spread sauce to cover all of chicken
  9. Top with mushrooms
  10. Broil until mushrooms are soft and sauce is bubbling
  11. Cut into 4 servings
