1 wedge Swiss Laughing Cow cheese
2 T plain Greek yogurt
Directions
- Lightly spread cheese on each pepper slice
- Combine chicken with taco seasoning
- Spoon chicken mixture onto pepper slices
- Serve with Greek yogurt for dipping
