Ingredients

6 oz ground chicken breast
1 zucchini
2 plum tomatoes
1/4 c mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Pink salt
Pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Season ground chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
  3. Brown in a frying pan (like taco meat)
  4. Cut zucchini in half and scoop out center
  5. Fill center with chicken and chopped tomatoes
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Top with cheese and broil to melt the cheese
