Ingredients:

4 T coconut oil, melted
4 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c tart pitted cherries
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1/3-1/2 c water (or more if needed)

Directions:

  1. Place cherries and water in blender, Magic Bullet, etc and pulse until mostly liquified
  2. Add all other ingredients and pulse a few times
  3. Scoop 2 T of mixture into 8 cupcake tins
  4. Place into freezer until solid
