Ingredients
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 large portobello mushroom caps
1 clove garlic, minced
pinch of black pepper
red pepper flakes, to taste
pink salt, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add minced garlic, black pepper, & red pepper flakes (if desired) to cottage cheese and mix thoroughly
Scoop into caps of portabello mushrooms
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through
Remove from oven and sprinkle with pink salt
