Ingredients:
2 c Prince Edward medley (frozen green beans, yellow beans, carrots)
1/3 c water
1 T butter
2 T Braggs nutritional yeast
2 T coconut cream (canned)
1 T minced onion flakes
1-2 cloves minced garlic
additional spices of choice, to taste
Directions:
- Steam veggies in water in large skillet
- Stir in garlic, onion flakes, and spices and cook until garlic begins to brown
- Stir in butter, coconut cream, and nutritional yeast until veggies are covered
- Simmer until liquid boils down and sauce desired sauce consistence is reached
