Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower, chopped
2 t minced garlic
1/4 c nutritional yeast
2 T ghee
1/2 t salt
1 T parsley
Directions:
- Steam cauliflower and garlic for 7 to 10 minutes, until cauliflower is easily pierced by a fork
- Drain and transfer to bowl of food processor
- Add in nutritional yeast, ghee, salt and parsley
- Process until desired consistency is reached
