Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 scoop Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
2 dropperfuls stevia
2 shakes cinnamon, optional
Directions:
- Pulse frozen banana in food processor until well broken down
- Remove lid and scrape banana off sides
- Add in vanilla, protein powder, stevia, and cinnamon (if desired)
- Continue to process until ice cream consistency is reached
- Serve immediately or scoop into dish and freeze until harded a bit more
