Cake Batter Nice Cream

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 scoop Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
2 dropperfuls stevia
2 shakes cinnamon, optional

Directions:

  1. Pulse frozen banana in food processor until well broken down
  2. Remove lid and scrape banana off sides
  3. Add in vanilla, protein powder, stevia, and cinnamon (if desired)
  4. Continue to process until ice cream consistency is reached
  5. Serve immediately or scoop into dish and freeze until harded a bit more
