Beet Greens

Ingredients:

8 oz beet greens, chopped
2 T chicken broth or stock
dash of onion salt

Directions:

  1. Heat broth on medium until almost boiling
  2. Reduce heat and add beet greens
  3. Saute a few minuted, until tender
  4. Sprinkle lightly with onion salt
