Baked Asparagus Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb asparagus
1 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
1/2 c cottage cheese
1-2 T minced garlic
pink salt, to taste 
1/4 t pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Steam asparagus
  3. Place asparagus in food processor and pulse until well chopped
  4. Place all other ingredients in food processor and process until combined
  5. Transfer dip into Pyrex baking dish
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly
