Ingredients
1 apple
1 packet stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
1 T water
Directions
- Cut apple core almost through
- Mix together stevia, cinnamon, and water
- Place apple on a sheet of foil and mold foil to "cup" the apple
- Pour liquid into apple core and tighten foil securely around apple
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Sprinkle extra cinnamon over top after removing from oven
