Ingredients:

1 apple, sliced thin
1 T almond butter
12 drops SweetLeaf english toffee stevia
pink salt, to taste
1 t coconut oil
1/2 c water

Directions:

  1. Heat coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add apples and 1/4 c water to skillet, cover, and cook (stirring occasionally) until soft
  3. Stir in stevia, almond butter, and remaining water
  4. Continue cooking until liquid reduced and becomes thicker
  5. Transfer to plate or bowl and top with pink salt
