Ingredients:
1 apple, sliced thin
1 T almond butter
12 drops SweetLeaf english toffee stevia
pink salt, to taste
1 t coconut oil
1/2 c water
Directions:
- Heat coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat
- Add apples and 1/4 c water to skillet, cover, and cook (stirring occasionally) until soft
- Stir in stevia, almond butter, and remaining water
- Continue cooking until liquid reduced and becomes thicker
- Transfer to plate or bowl and top with pink salt
