Apple Pie Sorbet

Ingredients:

2 apples
2 T lemon juice
1 dropperful English Toffee SweetLeaf stevia
1/4 t cinnamon
3/4 c water

Directions:

  1. Cut, core and coarsely slice apples.
  2. Place apples in a saucepan along with lemon juice, stevia, cinnamon and water.
  3. Boil for approximately 3-5 minutes or until soft.
  4. Remove apple mixture from heat and cool.
  5. Place in food processor and puree until smooth.
  6. Strain and transfer to a small container.
  7. Place in the freezer.
  8. Once completely frozen, remove from freezer and place in food processor to puree again.
  9. Return to freezer until ready to use.
