Ingredients
6 medium apples - sliced
2 c almond flour
1/2 c coconut oil
25 drops SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
1 1/2 t apple pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease 13x11 baking dish
- Put apples in dish
- Combine almond flour, coconut oil, spices, and stevia with hands or a fork until it makes a crumble topping (adjust almond flour as needed based on texture)
- Sprinkle over apples
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes
