Ingredients
1 apple
choice of seasonings (Chinese 5 spice, cinnamon, pink salt, etc)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cut apple into thin slices.
- Spread apple slices onto baking sheets, making sure you have no overlapping edges.
- Sprinkle some seasonings on top.
- Place in the oven to bake for 1 hour; then flip the slices and cook for another hour.
- Let the chips cool down and serve.
