Apple Chicken Cukewich

Ingredients:

3.5 oz chicken
1/2 clove garlic
1 t onion powder
1/8 t pink salt
splash of Bragg’s liquid aminos
splash of Frank’s hot sauce
8 oz cucumber
1 apple

Directions:

  1. Grind raw chicken breast with garlic, onion powder, pink salt, liquid aminos, and hot sauce
  2. Shape into thin patties and pan brown until cooked through
  3. Slice into narrow strips
  4. Slice cucumbers lengthwise
  5. Seed cucumber and weigh
  6. Thin slice some of apple (You’ll have extra to enjoy on the side with cinnamon)
  7. Stuff de-seeded part of cucumber with chicken and apple slices
