Ingredients:
3.5 oz chicken
1/2 clove garlic
1 t onion powder
1/8 t pink salt
splash of Bragg’s liquid aminos
splash of Frank’s hot sauce
8 oz cucumber
1 apple
Directions:
- Grind raw chicken breast with garlic, onion powder, pink salt, liquid aminos, and hot sauce
- Shape into thin patties and pan brown until cooked through
- Slice into narrow strips
- Slice cucumbers lengthwise
- Seed cucumber and weigh
- Thin slice some of apple (You’ll have extra to enjoy on the side with cinnamon)
- Stuff de-seeded part of cucumber with chicken and apple slices
