Ingredients:
4 oz ground chicken
2 T almond flour (will have some remaining)
spices of choice, if desired
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (or can use air fryer)
- Form ground chicken into 6 nugget-shaped patties
- Place almond flour and spices in bowl
- Place each nugget into almond flour and cover until well coated
- Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes
